Obviously prices do vary according to the age of the property, condition, location and specification. Most resale Tenerife properties will come furnished and some will be fully equipped so that you can move in with just a suitcase full of personal belongings.

Prices for Las Americas Property are similar to Los Cristianos but if you are considering living out of town, or along the coast, prices will be lower. Tenerife grew in the same way as many other colonies and the Canary Islands became an autonomous Community during 1982.
